Cyril the Cirl Bunting

I trained as a stonemason but originally studied Illustration at Cambridge Art College and have written and illustrated several children's books. I have also painted scenery at Salisbury Playhouse, worked on a 49' yacht and for the SPCA in Namibia. Having worked on Salisbury and Exeter cathedrals I now have a workshop on the bridge in Aveton Gifford, south Devon, where I create stone carvings and sculptures of birds and other wildlife in limestone and alabaster.
